We are specifically in great need of an x-ray spectrometer newer than 1995. These are called Electron Dispersive Spectrometers (EDS) and are used to detect the elemental composition of unknown materials while they are in the electron microscope.
We are also interested in infrared spectrometers newer than 2000 and any metalurgical microscopes.
