Foundation for Scientific Advancement PDF Print

Mainstream scientific research focused on topics the government cannot or should not fund.

Scientific research generally falls into two areas, research done for profit by corporations or academia funded by the government. A third much smaller category exists, private funding of individual research projects. The Foundation for Scientific Advancement specializes in these privately funding research projects on topics that are typically well known to the public. This allows us to assemble diverse multi-dicipilinary teams of expert researchers who work without pay due to the exciting nature of the project. Most of our researchers have day jobs in related fields, many have a Ph.D.'s but hold a siginficant interest in particluar topics. See our projects page for an overview of past and present projects.

Project funders typically have a personal interest in the subject and are kept in the loop daily if required. If you are interested in sponsoring a project or have a project idea you would like to discuss please see our Contacts page. Please note we do not research subjects without a substantial mainstream scientific backing.
